Sauna heaters built for performance.

We carry sauna heaters from HUUM (Estonia), Harvia (Finland) and Homecraft (Canada) — both electric heaters and traditional wood-burning sauna stoves. Every heater is matched to the size, style and power needs of your sauna, and we deliver across Canada.

Match the heater's output in kilowatts to your sauna's interior volume. As a rough guide, about 1 kW heats 1 cubic metre (35 cubic feet) of room, so a typical 8 to 12 cubic-metre home sauna needs roughly an 8 to 12 kW heater. Send us your interior dimensions and we'll recommend the exact model.

Electric heaters offer convenience, precise temperature control and indoor-friendly operation, many with Wi-Fi or built-in controls — ideal for indoor saunas and most backyard builds. Wood-burning stoves deliver the traditional fire-heated experience and run completely off-grid, perfect for cottages and remote sites. Tell us your setup and we'll help you choose.

A correctly sized electric sauna heater usually brings the room to a bathing temperature of 70 to 90°C in about 30 to 45 minutes. Larger rooms, under-powered heaters and wood-burning stoves can take a little longer, which is why choosing the right kW for your room size keeps heat-up times short and running costs down.

Sauna heaters are built to be filled with sauna stones (rocks) that store and radiate heat and create steam (löyly) when you add water. Some models include stones and some don't — we'll confirm exactly what's included with your chosen heater and can supply the correct type and quantity if needed.

Some heaters have built-in controls; others pair with a separate digital controller such as HUUM UKU or Harvia Xenio, and many electric models add Wi-Fi and app control so you can preheat from your phone. We'll confirm exactly what's included and what's required for the heater you choose.

Most electric heaters above roughly 4.5 kW need a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician; smaller plug-in models may not. Wood-burning stoves need no power but do require correct clearances and a flue. We provide the full specifications your electrician or installer will need.

Each heater is priced individually — you'll see a starting price on every heater's page above, and the final price depends on the model and kW you select. Browse the full range, or contact us with your sauna size and we'll recommend and quote the right heater for you.
