“Great experience with Thermatov! I ordered my sauna heater, stones, and control unit, and the entire process was smooth. There was a slight manufacturer delay, but Laurent kept me informed every step of the way. He even took it upon himself to include an accessory with my order, which was a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. Laurent was knowledgeable, very responsive, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thermatov to anyone building a sauna. I will most certainly use them again!”

“My family recently had a custom indoor sauna built by Thermatov, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!! From the initial discussions to the final installation, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. A special thank you to Ivan, Mark, and Laurent for their guidance and support throughout the process! The finished sauna fits perfectly into our home and has exceeded our expectations in both quality and appearance. It has quickly become one of our favorite features in the house. We're already considering adding an outdoor sauna at our cottage, and Thermatov's 3D configurator has been incredibly helpful for exploring different layouts and design options. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Thermatov to anyone thinking about investing in a sauna.”

“We had a great experience from start to finish. I liked that the sauna was customizable and not just a basic one size fits all option. The 3d configurator was very helpful to customize the entire sauna. Service was great, delivery was smooth and the finished product looks amazing. I won't be going to gyms for old outdated saunas anymore. Overall very satisfied with my experience!”

“We went with the Halo Luna and love the look of it. It's different from the usual barrel saunas, but still clean and simple. Thermatov was easy to deal with and helped us choose the right options without making it complicated. The sauna fits the space perfectly and looks even better than I expected.”

“Great experience with them, would highly recommend.”
