The Eclipse Small is a cube sauna, 5'6" by 5'6", with a single cedar bench along the back wall. You sit side by side facing the door, with the heater within reach.

It comes in three trims. Classic is the complete sauna, ready to fire. Reserve adds a full-glass door, a front glass panel and warm LED lighting under the bench. Signature is built in red cedar with the most glass we offer and Wi-Fi (app) control, so the room is already warm when you walk out to it.

The heater, controller and stones are included in the price and matched to the size of the room. There is nothing to size, choose or add at checkout.

It needs its own dedicated 240V circuit, installed by a licensed electrician. Most owners have that done before delivery, so the sauna can be wired and warming the week it arrives.

No, these are not insulated buildings, and that is deliberate. A traditional sauna is a solid cedar room: thick, low-conductivity timber that takes on heat and then gives it back for the length of a session.

What carries a Canadian winter is the heater. Every build on this page is specified with headroom rather than to the bare minimum for its volume, with an allowance for sitting outdoors and a further allowance for every square foot of glass. Nothing here is sized to only just reach temperature.

In practice, allow roughly 45 to 60 minutes to reach heat on a mild day and closer to two hours in deep cold. Most of that is warming the timber, which is exactly what gives you a room that holds its heat once you are inside. Start it ahead of time and you walk out to a sauna that is ready.

The cedar itself needs no sealing or staining in any season. Keep the path and the door clear and it is ready whenever you are.

Delivery is a flat $1,600 anywhere in Canada, crated to your curbside in 3-5 weeks. The Eclipse Small needs a firm, level base about 5'6" square, with a little room to walk around it.

Professional assembly is available from $1,200, in and around Canada's major cities and generally within about an hour of a metro centre. Somewhere quieter? It is arranged after your order, not charged at checkout, and electrical work always goes to a licensed electrician.

Self-assembly is completely possible on every build here. It arrives as a labelled kit, crated on a pallet and offloaded at your kerb, and most owners put one together over a weekend with two people and ordinary tools.
