The Eclipse Medium is a cube sauna, 8'3" by 5'6", with one long bench along the back wall. Everyone sits side by side facing the door, and its square footprint tucks neatly against a wall or into a corner.

The Terra 6 ft is our barrel sauna. Four sit comfortably, up to five, on two benches that face each other down its length, which makes it the more sociable of the two shapes.

Choose the 7 ft diameter, or the 8 ft, which adds a second bench level so you can sit higher, closer to where the heat gathers.

Every price includes the heater, controller and stones, matched to the room. Nothing on this page needs a heater chosen, sized or added.

Each build needs a dedicated 240V circuit from a licensed electrician. Book it when you order and the sauna can be wired and warming the week it arrives.

No, these are not insulated buildings, and that is deliberate. A traditional sauna is a solid cedar room: thick, low-conductivity timber that takes on heat and then gives it back for the length of a session.

What carries a Canadian winter is the heater. Every build on this page is specified with headroom rather than to the bare minimum for its volume, with an allowance for sitting outdoors and a further allowance for every square foot of glass. Nothing here is sized to only just reach temperature.

In practice, allow roughly 45 to 60 minutes to reach heat on a mild day and closer to two hours in deep cold. Most of that is warming the timber, which is exactly what gives you a room that holds its heat once you are inside. Start it ahead of time and you walk out to a sauna that is ready.

The cedar itself needs no sealing or staining in any season. Keep the path and the door clear and it is ready whenever you are.

Delivery is a flat $1,600 anywhere in Canada, crated to your curbside in 3-5 weeks. The Eclipse Medium wants a firm, level base under its full footprint; the Terra rests on its supports, which need a firm, level surface beneath them.

Professional assembly is available from $1,200, in and around Canada's major cities and generally within about an hour of a metro centre. Somewhere quieter? It is arranged after your order, not charged at checkout, and electrical work always goes to a licensed electrician.

Self-assembly is completely possible on every build here. It arrives as a labelled kit, crated on a pallet and offloaded at your kerb, and most owners put one together over a weekend with two people and ordinary tools.
