Classic, Reserve, Signature
Three ways to build the same room.
Trim does not change how many people fit. Every build on this page seats the same number either way — what the trim changes is the cedar, the glass and the fittings, and each of the three is a genuinely different thing to want.

Before you choose
What actually decides it at this size.
What eight people actually means
Eight people sit comfortably, everyone with their own space on the bench. A ninth fits sitting closer together.
Plan around eight. The extra seats are there for the nights when word gets out.
The Halo and the Terra at this size
The Halo is our square sauna, a walk-in cedar room 8 ft wide. The 8×10 seats eight comfortably, up to nine; the 8×12 seats nine, up to eleven. Both come in Classic or Reserve with an L-shaped bench as standard.
The Halo 8×8 Signature seats nine comfortably and up to eleven. Its wrap-around U bench uses three walls, which is what buys the extra seats in a smaller footprint.
The Terra 10 ft is our barrel sauna: eight comfortably, up to nine, on two long benches facing each other. In the 8 ft diameter it adds a second bench level, so guests can sit higher, closer to where the heat gathers.
What is included, and the electrical
The heater, controller and stones are included in every price and matched to the room. A sauna this size arrives with a heater chosen for exactly this volume, so you are not sizing anything yourself.
It needs a dedicated 240V circuit, installed by a licensed electrician. Have the wiring in place before delivery and your first session can be the week the crate arrives.
Insulation and winter performance
No, these are not insulated buildings, and that is deliberate. A traditional sauna is a solid cedar room: thick, low-conductivity timber that takes on heat and then gives it back for the length of a session.
What carries a Canadian winter is the heater. Every build on this page is specified with headroom rather than to the bare minimum for its volume, with an allowance for sitting outdoors and a further allowance for every square foot of glass. Nothing here is sized to only just reach temperature.
In practice, allow roughly 45 to 60 minutes to reach heat on a mild day and closer to two hours in deep cold. Most of that is warming the timber, which is exactly what gives you a room that holds its heat once you are inside. Start it ahead of time and you walk out to a sauna that is ready.
The cedar itself needs no sealing or staining in any season. Keep the path and the door clear and it is ready whenever you are.
If you would rather have more enclosed into the structure itself, that is what our Ultra collection is built for.
Delivery, siting and installation
Delivery is a flat $1,600 anywhere in Canada, the same for a sauna this size as for our smallest, and it ships crated to curbside in 3-5 weeks. The Halo wants a firm, level base under its full 8-foot-wide footprint; the Terra 10 ft rests on its supports, which need a firm, level surface beneath them.
Professional assembly is available from $1,200, in and around Canada's major cities and generally within about an hour of a metro centre. Somewhere quieter? Tell us where you are and we will find out what is possible, because we assemble in more places than we can list. It is arranged after your order, not charged at checkout, and electrical work always goes to a licensed electrician.
Self-assembly is completely possible on every build here. It arrives as a labelled kit, crated on a pallet and offloaded at your kerb, and most owners put one together over a weekend with two people and ordinary tools.

If eight is where you start
Everything on this page seats eight comfortably. If you are already counting past nine, our largest builds are the better fit.
Our 10+ person saunas are the Halo Signature square saunas with the wrap-around bench and the longest Terra, for lodges, clubs, retreats, and the friend group that keeps growing.

What you are actually buying.
- Delivery across Canada
- Crated to your curbside, 3-5 weeks from order. Flat $1,600 anywhere in Canada, already included in every price on this page.
- Sized for comfort, not for a headcount
- Every figure on this page comes from that build's own bench layout, not from a category average. We lead with the comfortable number. The tight maximum is higher, and we do not sell on it.
- The heater is included
- Heater, controller and stones are in the price — sized to the room, not sold separately. No separate heater line at checkout.
- A specialist confirms it
- We check your build, your electrical and your delivery access before any payment is taken. Speak to a specialist any time, at no cost and with no obligation.
Not sure which of these is the right one?
Tell us the space you have, how many people actually use it, and what your electrical panel looks like. We will tell you which of these builds fits — and say so if none of them does.
Every build includes the heater, controller and stones. Prices are in CAD and include the flat $1,600 delivery anywhere in Canada; taxes extra.
