Frequently asked
Common questions, answered.
The Eclipse cube sauna comes in four sizes (S, M, L and XL) and three trims (Classic, Reserve and Signature), seating 2 to 10 people depending on the configuration. The lower number is comfortable seating; the higher number is what the benches hold at capacity. See the configurator for exact dimensions and pricing.
The Eclipse works with HUUM HIVE Mini, HUUM HIVE, or Harvia electric heaters, sized to your cube's volume. Larger sizes step up to a higher-output HUUM or Harvia heater.
Yes. The Eclipse is built for all-season outdoor use, with a roof engineered with hidden drainage channels for snow and rain, and Canadian cedar that resists weather, rot, and insects.
We deliver nationwide across Canada by crated freight to your curbside, and professional installation is available within 150 km. Most Eclipse orders ship in about 3 to 5 weeks.
Most Eclipse cube saunas can be self-assembled by two adults over a long weekend using the included tools, and professional installation is available within 150 km. Only the hardwired heater needs a licensed electrician, which we coordinate for you.
Cedar is naturally rot-resistant and needs no sealing; untreated it weathers to a silver-grey patina. We include a clear penetrating oil if you prefer to keep the original tone.
Every Eclipse includes a 5-year warranty on craftsmanship and cedar finish work. Heaters and controllers carry their own manufacturer warranties (HUUM 3 years, Harvia 2 years — 3 if registered).
Yes. Flexible monthly financing lets you spread the cost over time, with the same warranty and service whether you pay in full or finance.
