Frequently asked
Common questions, answered.
The Halo is a fixed 8 ft wide in four depth-based sizes — 8×6, 8×8, 8×10, 8×12 ft — seating 6 to 16 depending on size. The lower number is comfortable seating; the higher number is what the benches hold at capacity. An optional change room and porch extend the footprint up to a 12 ft cap.
Two Canadian cedars, each in knotty and clear. White knotty and white clear are eastern white cedar; red knotty and red clear are western red cedar. All four carry the same warranty and are built for all-season outdoor use.
HUUM (HIVE Mini and HIVE), Harvia, and Homecraft electric heaters, sized to your chosen depth's interior volume; larger sizes step up to a higher-output unit.
Yes. The Halo is built in Canada from Canadian cedar, which naturally resists weather and rot, and is engineered for all-season outdoor use. The full-height front glass is tempered for thermal shock.
Yes — a 4 ft side change room with its own entrance and a 2 ft enclosed front porch are optional; total outdoor depth is capped at 12 ft, so on deeper sizes an extension trims the heated interior to fit.
Thermatov backs the Halo with a 5-year limited craftsmanship warranty.
